Crafting a Design System
Eezee-It specializes in digital transformation. IT companies often appear cold, focused on performance. Yet, Eezee stands out with a personalized and committed client relationship. Recognized for their humility, authenticity, humanity, and availability, these values had to become the foundation of their new brand identity. The challenge was to ensure that the branding genuinely reflected who they are: a company on a human scale, approachable and available.
The result is a cohesive and adaptable identity that visually embodies both expertise and human connection—a perfect reflection of Eezee-It’s unique approach.
A flexible graphical system was created to establish the domain of expertise, drawing inspiration from website wireframing, information architecture, and tagging systems, while a visual language featuring natural portraits of employees reinforces the human connection.
A grid system was designed to simplify future creations. Inspired by the principles of a bento box (a Japanese lunchbox with neatly arranged compartments), it combines headlines with key words visually framed by graphic tags, employee photos, and content, all structured within a cohesive color system.
